DeployFest is a community-first event. By attending, you agree to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone.

Expected Behavior

Be respectful and considerate in language and actions.
Welcome participants from all backgrounds and skill levels.
Give constructive feedback during collaboration and judging.
Respect event staff, volunteers, mentors, and venue rules.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or hate speech.
Disruptive behavior, threats, or personal attacks.
Unwanted sexual attention or inappropriate physical contact.
Sharing private information without consent.

Reporting Issues

Enforcement

Organizers may take any action they consider appropriate, including warnings, removal from the event, or disqualification from awards.
